Andes takes a 2nd place female in her age class in her 1st show, then 1st place in her age and Reserve Female in her 2nd show. She looked so natural. Memories of the expression on her face -- curious, alert, calm, obedient, will last a life time.

10 July 2010 -

Noting the pups pigment on their noses and the pads of their feet, rating from 1 (least) to 5 (most):

5: Bear, Logan, McKinley, Rocky, Sierra

4: Fuji, K2, Timmy

3: Andes

I'll watch the development of this pigment and also make notes on their eyeliners and tummies, as well as the color of their eyes.

4-5 weeks:

Rocky looks like a long-coat, Logan might be.

Andes and McKenzie look like long-coats also.
